About The Flower Lady
Located at 3230 Eastlake Ave E C, Seattle, WA 98102, The Flower Lady operates as a florist serving Seattle in Washington. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as gift shop, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Florists in the United States range from neighborhood flower shops with a walk-in cooler to studio designers who work only by appointment for weddings and events. Most retail florists build arrangements to order, deliver the same day when you call before early afternoon, and belong to a wire network (FTD, Teleflora or BloomNet) that passes out-of-town orders to a local shop. Ordering from the shop directly rather than through a national website usually means more flowers for the money, because no order-gatherer takes a cut. Flower markets and wholesalers sell loose stems and bunches, often early in the morning, and many now open to the public. Flower farms grow seasonal blooms such as dahlias, peonies and sunflowers and sell by the bucket, by subscription or as pick-your-own.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 10 amβ8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach The Flower Lady at (206) 325-5751; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, seattleflowerlady.com.

Seattle is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. Traffic in Seattle peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I purchased a bouquet from them on March 30th and I still have it on my table April 17th! Wow! They were incredibly helpful when I went in to get a bouquet and had a very tempting selection of potted plants as well. Even had a treat for my dog! I love that they label their bouquets to show whether theyβre pet safe, and I love that the flowers brought color to my home for so long. Thank you!

I ordered flowers over the phone and paid over $260 CAD expecting a nice statement piece for my fiancΓ©e. When the employee sent me a photo of the arrangement, it looked nothing like what I expected for that price. When I raised my concern, the employee I first spoke with had a rude attitude instead of trying to help. I then spoke with the owner hoping to resolve the issue, but it only got worse. During the conversation the owner actually asked if the person who didnβt like the arrangement was βhigh.β That kind of comment is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable from a business owner. At that point I ended the call. I do want to say that Sera, one of the employees, was amazing. She called me afterward to apologize on behalf of the owner and was very kind and professional. She mentioned the owner is around 70 and sometimes says things out of pocket, but regardless that type of response to a customer is not acceptable. Nothing in this review is directed at Sera β she handled the situation very well and deserves recognition for trying to make it right. Unfortunately, because of the product and how the situation was handled overall, the experience was very disappointin

Very helpful trying to get flowers ordered for my momβs birthday while Iβm away! They delivered them and they are gorgeous! The staff were very helpful and a special thanks to the delivery driver for delivering these to a craft show booth! Will definitely order more when Iβm in Seattle and in need of flowers!

Asked for a rush job, custom all-lilies bouquet and they were able to accommodate me, finished my flowers in 15 minutes and were kind, helpful and informative along the way. Love this quirky little shop with all it's curious knick knacks and killer flower selection. Will definitely be returning.

We so appreciate all the coordination and hard work that the staff at The Flower Lady put towards our big day! We were grateful to have the custom corsages, boutonnieres, and even a headpiece (based on a parents' wedding years ago) that all looked great. Big thanks to Vivian, Anna, and the rest of the team who helped us get what we needed and on time. They knew how to work within our budget for more affordable choices. This shop was super convenient between our neighborhood and wedding venue and we look forward to going back for various occasions in the future!
